basically, i was exploring under the pier looking at all the stuff cause i lovee the vibe of it, and i want to get into urbex. but basically, i was exploring a low down part when i saw a guy laying there, i got spooked so i stopped recording, and as i did he turned around really fast, stared directly at me and began to stand up, i got scared so i walked away and let him be.
